Installation Procedure
Application Information
This kit is for adding compressed air to hydraulic work tools for underwater applications. The wiring harness and pressure switches will only allow the tool to operate if the air pressure to the work tool is between 483 kPa (70 psi) and 827 kPa (120 psi). Adjust air compressor pressure output accordinglyMaintenance Information
There is no scheduled maintenance required for this air group. All switches are pre-set from the factory and cannot be adjusted. General maintenance, such as replacing worn parts is necessary.Installation Instructions
To avoid fitting problems, do not completely tighten hardware until kit is fully installed.Note: Bulk hose in this kit is to fit several different machines. All fittings and couplings are included so the dealer can make the hoses to the proper length for the specific machine.
Assemble tees, gauge, fittings, adapters, and pressure switches. Make sure that proper O-rings are in place.
Find a suitable location for this assembly where the operator can see the pressure gauge.
Fasten assembly with bulkhead plate (14) by either bolting or welding plate (14) to the machine.
Attach hose (43) to assembly using coupling (20) and route up the
