Install distance collar (7), apply a coat of Morisealer on roller bearing (6) inner race I.D., then press fit into pinion shaft with a press using press-fit jig B. * Press fit securely upto distance collar (7) end.* Use care so as not to damage bearing. (3) Place swing casing (1) on a workbench, then fix it. * Use the same procedure for disassembly 4-2-(4). (4) Turn casing upside down by turning workbench handle. Install roller bearing (6) outer race into swing casing (1) using a pipe and handhammer.* Use care not to damage bearing roller and retainer. Use care that dust or foreign matter does not enter bearing inside.* Do not hit forcibly with a hammer.* Since swing casing (1) I.D. and roller bearing (6) outer race O.D. are loosely fit, installation can be performed by hand. (5) Install gasket (45) on swing casing (1).(6) Screw eyebolts into the pinion shaft (4) end, connect eyebolts and wire with shackle, then lift with a crane. Lower pinion shaft assembly then install it into swing casing (1).* Aligh the bolt holes before seal cover (2) mating surface closely contacts the swing casing (1). Turning the seal cover after contacting the swing case damages the liquid packing coating causing oil leakage.* Slowly lower pinion shaft assembly aligning the center with swing casing (1) center so as to prevent damage of bearing. (7) Attach washers (30) to bolts (27), then tighten bolts (27) to the specified tightening torque using a socket, extension bar and torque wrench. Turn the workbench upside down. * Tighten bolts (27) evenly and diagonally. (8) Installation of carrier (14) assembly 1. Install snapring (26) into the sun gear (11) groove. Install carrier (14) into sun gear (11). 2. Install snapring (43) into the sun gear (11) snapring groove. 3. Insert needle bearings (18) into planetary gears (12), fit thrust washers (20), the install into carrier (14). * Use care in handling needle bearing (18) so as not to deform the retainer, also prevent entry of dust and foreign matter. 4. Insert planetary shaft (16) into carrier (14). * Align the carrier (14) hole and needle bearing (18) center, then insert planetary shaft (16).* If planetary shaft (16) is difficult to insert by hand, lightly hit it with a plastic-faced hammer. Insert aligning the directions of planetary shaft (16) spring pin hole and the carrier (14) spring pin hole. 5. Align the spring pin inserting holes of carrier (14) and planetary shaft (16), then drive in spring pins (22) with a hammer. * Use care for inserting direction of spring pin (22). 6. Punch the opening of carrier (14) spring pin hole with a punche. * Use care for lotation of punch since punching is to deform the spring pin hole opening to serve as spring pin (22) stopper.* Check that planetary gear (12) rotates smoothly by hand. If any hitching is felt, replace the bearing.(9) Reassembly of carrier (15) assembly 1. Install snapring (25) to carrier
