Preliminary Operations
1. Work bench Get a work bench wide enough for arranging disassembled parts thereon. Level the work bench to make sure that the parts do not roll down. When you remove a board and put it on the work bench or any other place, use special care to make sure that dust, oil or any other foreign substance does not come in contact with the board.2. Tools Necessary for Operations Refer to the tool table and have them ready.3. Work Site Perform operations in a dust-free room where sufficient illumination necessary for the operations is available.General Precautions
1. All the parts are made to very high precision. Be careful not to allow parts to collide with one another or fall down when handling them.2. During the operations you may encounter parts hard to loosen. Do not strike or pry them with undue force. Burrs or damage with consequent difficulties in reinstallation or deterioration in performance could result. Perform the operations patiently.3. If parts intermediately or fully disassembled are left alone, rust formation may develop in the parts due to moisture or dust. If operations have to be intermediately stopped for unavoidable reasons, use care to prevent rust and dust.Parts Replacement

1. Remove the six front cover corner caps.2. Remove the six screws.3. Lift the monitor panel.4. Disconnect the harness connectors of switch box side.5. Take out the monitor panel.Replacement of Warning Lamp Bulb
1. Loosen four screws on corner of back plate and remove the back plate from the monitor panel. 2. Loosen the lamp bulb on the meter board by hand until it comes out of position, and replace it with a new one. Turn the bulb all the way and verify that it is set in position.Replacement of Monitor Panel Lamp Bulb
1. Remove the two distance bolts on the top of the monitor board and remove the two screws at the bottom to remove the monitor board. The meter and monitor boards are connected by a bracket cable. Do not pull the monitor board too far. 2. Loosen the lamp bulb on the meter board by hand until it comes out of position and replace it with a new one.Replacement of Coolant Temperature Gauge, Hydraulic Oil Temperature Gauge and Fuel Gauge
1. Remove the four screws holding the shadow plate provided on the back of the monitor panel to the housing.2. Carefully remove the gasket bonded to the front cover, using a scraper or any other appropriate tool. 3. Remove the four nuts holding the meters on the meter board, draw out the meter forward, and replace it with a new one. When the new meter is mounted, check to ensure that the washers and spring
