ACTION REQUIRED
Once any cracked or splitting quality defects are found in an existing 4I7475 or 4I7476 Track Link on the affected product the whole track link as. should be replaced with a 1764870 Link As-Track. Refer to Service Manual KENR6402 for the Track-Separate for separation procedure and Track-Connect for Connection procedure.
Please attach failure photo in system as claim evidence.
