Rework Procedure
Cab Harness Route Adjustment
1-1) Remove the five truss head screws and remove the cover.

1-2) Cut the three straps.

1-3) Pull up the harness 50mm, and attach the harness using the 3S-2093 Strap. Route the strap through the push mount clip hole.

1-4) Route the harness to prevent interference with the cover, and secure the harness using the 3S-2093 Strap. Route the strap through the push mount clip hole.

1-5) Route the harness along the rear cab panel and secure the harness with the welded clip on the cab. Also secure the harness using a 3S-2093 Strap. Route the strap through the push mount clip hole.

1-6) Route the harness along the rear cab panel and the cab floor. Attach the harness using the welded clip that is on the cab.

Inlet Air Duct Installation
2-1) Remove the current duct by removing the two truss head screws.
2-2) Install the new 342-3672 Duct using the two truss head screws. Tighten the screws to a torque of 8 +/- 2 Nm.
2-3) Install the new 342-3671 Clips.
