Install Tooling (N) in housing (25) to compress springs (28A). Install retaining ring (27).

Use Tooling (E) to position housing (25). Install bolts (26).

Install bearing (24). Use Tooling (B) to install retaining ring (23).

Attach Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device onto manifold (21). The weight of manifold (21) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Position manifold (21) and install bolts (22). Tighten bolts (22) to a torque of 115 7 N m (85 5 lb ft).

Attach Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device onto housing (25). Apply slight lifting tension to housing (25). Use Tooling (B) and install retaining ring (20).

Install tube assembly (19). Install retainer (18) and the bolt.

Use Tooling (C) to install seal (17) into plate assembly (14).

Position plate assembly (14) and install bolts (12). Use Tooling (B) to install retaining ring (15). Install rotor (16). Use Tooling (B) to install retaining ring (13).

Position hydraulic control valve (11). Install bolts (9). Tighten bolts (9) to a torque of 48 4 N m (35 3 lb ft). Connect harness assembly (10).

Position harness assembly (8) in transmission (1). Install nut (7).

Position sleeves (2) and springs (3). Install plugs (6). Install four O-ring seals (4). Install O-ring seal (5).

Remove transmission (1) from Tooling (A). The weight of transmission (1) is approximately 771 kg (1700 lb).End By:
