2. Remove two bolts (2). Remove body (1) and the spring. Do not let valve (5) fall out of valve group (4) during removal.3. Remove bolt (3) and remove valve group (4). The following steps are for the installation of the pilot system relief valve.4. Install valve (5) into group (4). Position valve group (4) on to the manifold. Install bolt (3).5. Install spring and position body (1) on to valve group (4). Install bolts (2).6. Tighten the three bolts to a torque of 53 3 N m (39 2 lb ft).7. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Start By:a. remove pilot system relief valve 1. Remove spool (2) from body (1).2. Remove spring (3) from body (4).3. Remove bolts (8) and cover (9). Remove lock nut from adjuster and remove adjuster (7), spring (6), and valve (5).4. Remove the O-ring seals. The following steps are for the assembly of the pilot system relief valve.5. Install the O-ring seals.6. Install adjuster (7) in cover (9) and install locknut.7. Position spring (6) and valve (5) in cover (9).8. Install cover (9) on body (4) with bolts (8).9. Install spring (3) in body (4).10. Install spool (2) in body (1).11. After installation of the pilot system relief valve, refer to the 245B Excavator And Front Shovel Hydraulic System, Testing And Adjusting Module, Form SENR3893, for proper adjustment procedure.End By:a. install pilot system relief valve
