Remove nuts (1) and guard assembly (2).

Remove two bolts (3) and install Tooling (B).
Remove two bolts (5) and attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to vibration damper (4). The weight of vibration damper (4) is approximately 175 kg (385 lb). Remove remaining bolts (3). Remove vibration damper (4). Installation Procedure

Install Tooling (B) in the crankshaft.
Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to vibration damper (4). The weight of vibration damper (4) is approximately 175 kg (385 lb).
Install the vibration damper on Tooling (B). Install bolts (3). Remove Tooling (B) and install remaining bolts (3). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 1125 100 N m (820 74 lb ft).
Remove Tooling (A). Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolts (5). Install bolts (5) and tighten to a torque of 55 7 N m (41 5 lb ft).

Install guard assembly (2) and nuts (1).
