3. Fabricate stop block (1) to the dimensions that are shown in Illustration 1. Make the stop block from mild steel.

4. Weld stop block (1) onto the horizontal beam. Illustration 2 provides the location and the weld instructions.5. Assemble the top and the bottom sections of the lifting bracket group with new hardware. Use two new 0S-1625 Bolts (3), two new 4D-3704 Hard Washers (4), and two new 4K-0367 Full Nuts (5) as is shown in Illustration 2.6. Replace the hardware in the bottom section of the lifting bracket group. Install two new 1U-8762 Latched Hooks (9), two new 1A-5822 Bolts (6), four new 5P-8245 Hard Washers (7), and two new 1K-6872 Locknuts (8) .7. Apply a new decal, NEEG3079, (2) to the upper beam on the lifting bracket group. Be sure to align the "4,000 lb" mark on the decal with the centerline of the vertical beam.
