PROBLEM
The EU Emission Certification Label may be missing on certain 320C Series II Excavators. This has no effect on machine performances or actual emission values: machines emission are within regulation values and are certified, but this sticker is a legal requirement.

ACTION REQUIRED
Install an EU Emission Certification Label (Image 1) on the engine.
This label is not available through Caterpillar parts distribution system. Please contact your Caterpillar local area representative Kent Greenwell (phone: +44 1564 786459; e-mail: Greenwell_Kent_P) for parts procurement. The actual label size is 70mm x 17mm.
Park the machine on a flat surface.
Stop the engine.
Allow the engine and exhaust to cool. Do not touch the engine or exhaust while they are hot.
Clean up oil, dust, or water on the top cover for the engine.
Put the label (Image 1) on the top cover for the engine. Refer to Image 2 for the correct location of the decal.
