Valve assembly (A) Port "A" (B) Port "B" (C) Port "P" (D) Port "T"
Attach Hose Assembly (8) to Port "A" of Valve Assembly (16). Attach Hose Assembly (8) to Valve Assembly (16) with Connector (23), O-ring seal (21) and O-ring seal (18) .
Once the proper length for Hose Assembly (8) and Hose Assembly (12) has been determined. Attach Hose Assembly (8) and Hose Assembly (12) to Hose Assembly (14) and Hose Assembly (15) with Union (26), Union (27), O-ring seal (19) and O-ring seal (21) .
Secure Hose Assembly (8) and Hose Assembly (12) with Plate Assemblies (4), Clamps (3) and Bolts (30) to the stick. Refer to Illustration 3.
Tighten Bolts (30) to a torque value of 33 8 N m (25 6 lb ft) in order to secure the hose assemblies to the stick.Note: If necessary, use Cable Straps (32) in order to secure the hose assemblies.
Attach Hose Assembly (17) to Port "P" of Valve Assembly (16). Attach Hose Assembly (17) to Valve Assembly (16) with Elbow (25), O-ring seal (21) and O-ring seal (18) .
Attach the opposite end of Hose Assembly (17) to the pilot pump with Tee (1), Check Valve (5), O-ring seal (19) and O-ring seal (18). Refer to "DETAIL F" and Illustration 7.

Attach Hose Assembly (13) to Port "T" of Valve Assembly (16). Attach Hose Assembly (13) to Valve Assembly (16) with Elbow (22), O-ring seal (19) and O-ring seal (18) .
Attach the opposite end of Hose Assembly (13) to a drain port of the pilot control manifold. Attach Hose Assembly (13) to the pilot control manifold with Elbow (22), O-ring seal (19) and O-ring seal (18). Refer to Illustration 2.Installation Procedure for the Electrical Components

Preferred location of the switch

Alternate location of switchNote: If you use the alternate location for the switch, use a backing plate with the switch. Use a second 172-4478 Plate as a backing plate.
Remove the console. Determine the position of the 7N-2353 Switch on the console. Drill a 12 mm (0.469 inch) hole in the console. Place the 7N-2353 Switch in the 172-4478 Plate . Install the plate and the switch into the hole in the console.

Connect the wiring harness to the toggle switch. Connect the green wire to the terminal that is identified by the number 3. Connect the yellow wire to the terminal that is identified by the number 2. Refer to Illustration 10.
Connect the yellow wire from the toggle switch to the relay terminal of the start switch.

Install a grommet into the hole that is located on the floor in the right rear corner of the cab. Run the wire from the cab, through the grommet, and back to the valve. Use nylon ties to fasten the wiring harness to the existing wiring harness.
