A 138-7575 Link Bracket 2 Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, all hoses, and all tubes. This action helps to prevent fluid loss and this action also helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.
Open the engine hood.
Drain the hydraulic oil into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

Remove panel (1) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (2) and harness assemblies (3) from the top of the main control valve.

Remove panels (4) and (5).

Disconnect harness assemblies (6). Remove bracket (7) .
Disconnect hose assemblies (8) and cooler bypass valve (9) .

Disconnect tube assemblies (10) and hose assemblies (11) from the front of main control valve.

Disconnect hose assemblies (12) and hose clamp (13) from the left side of the main control valve.

Disconnect hose assemblies (14) and harness assemblies (15) from the bottom of main control valve.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to main control valve (16). The weight of main control valve (16) is approximately 215 kg (475 lb). Remove mounting bolts (17) from the bottom of main control valve (16). Remove main control valve (16) .Installation Procedure
Install main control valve (16) in the reverse order of removal.
