1. Remove plug (1) and drain the oil from the housing for the power control. 2. Put identification on all the oil lines for correct installation. Disconnect oil inlet line (5) and oil outlet lines (2) and (4) from the pump.3. Remove two bolts (3) that hold the pump in place. Remove the hydraulic pump.Install Hydraulic Pump
1. Install a new O-ring seal in the bracket assembly.2. Put hydraulic pump (1) in position against the bracket. Install the bolts that hold the pump in place. 3. Connect oil lines (2), (3) and (4) to the pump.4. Fill the housing for the power control with oil to the correct level.Disassemble Hydraulic Pump
start by:a) remove hydraulic pump1. Put marks on the outside of the pump for correct assembly. 2. Remove bolts (6) that hold cover (3), ring (5), body (2) and ring (4) to body (1). 3. Remove cover (3), spring (9), plate (8), ring (5) and rotor (7) from the pump. Remove O-ring seal (10) from the cover. Remove the vanes from rotor (7). Make a note of the position of the round edges of the vanes. 4. Remove body (2), ring (4) and rotor (11) from body (1). Remove pins (12) and (13) and O-ring seals (14) from both sides of body (2). Remove the vanes from rotor (11). Make a note of the position of the round edges of the vanes. 5. Remove ring (15) and retainer (16) from the body. Remove O-ring seal (17) and seal (18) from the retainer. 6. Remove shaft (19), spacer (21) and O-ring seal (25) from the body. Use tool (A) to remove snap ring (22) and remove bearing (23) from the shaft. Remove O-ring seal (20) and washer (24) from the spacer.Assemble Hydraulic Pump
1. Make an inspection of all the parts for damage. Thoroughly clean all the parts. Make a replacement of all O-ring seals and the lip type seal. Put clean hydraulic oil on all the parts.2. Use a press to install bearing (3) on shaft (8). Use tool (B) to install snap ring (11) to hold the bearing in place.3. Install the shaft and bearing in body (12) as shown.4. Use tooling (A) to install lip type seal (9) in retainer (1) so the lip of the seal will be toward the inside of the pump when assembled. Install O-ring seal (2) on retainer (1).5. Install retainer (1) in body (12) as shown and install ring (10) to hold the retainer in place.6. Install washer (5) and O-ring seal (4) on spacer (7) as shown. Install spacer (7) in body (12) as shown. Be sure O-ring seal (4) is in the counterbore in body (12) when spacer (7) is installed.7. Install O-ring seal (6) in body (12) as shown. 8. Install pins (13) in body (12).9. Install ring (14) on pins (13) in its original position.10. Install the vanes in rotor (18) with the round edges of the vanes to the outside.11. Carefully install rotor (18), with vanes, in
