Auxiliary Bucket Cylinder Diverter Circuit (AUX V) (If Equipped)

(A) Diverter Valve
Illustration 6 g06274437
(A) Diverter ValveDiverter valves are used to divert oil from the bucket cylinder to the auxiliary lines. These valves (A) are attached on the left and right side of the stick. The bucket auxiliary circuit is open when the left ball valve handle has been turned counter-clockwise as far as it will go and the right ball valve handle has been turned clockwise as far as it will go. The bucket auxiliary circuit is closed when the left ball valve handle has been turned clockwise as far as it will go and the right ball valve handle has been turned counter-clockwise as far as it will go.The line (5) that is on the right side of the stick is for oil feed/return. The line (6) that is on the left side of the stick is used as an oil feed/return line. The bucket auxiliary circuit lines are equipped with coupler assemblies. Wipe all coupler assemblies before you connect the work tools. The bucket auxiliary circuit lines must be relieved of pressure to connect the coupler assemblies to the work tool. Relieve the pressure in the auxiliary hydraulic lines by performing the following steps:
Lower the work tools to the ground.
Shut off the engine.
Turn the key to the ON position before moving the joysticks.
Move the joystick through the full range of travel. This will relieve any pressure that may be present in the hydraulic system.
Slowly loosen the filler cap to release the pressure in the hydraulic tank.
tighten the filler cap.
The pressure in the hydraulic system has been released. Uncouple the attachment immediately after the pressure has been released.Note: Pressure can build up in the primary auxiliary lines if the attachment is not uncoupled immediately after the pressure has been released.Auxiliary Control Pedal (AUX 1) (Two-Way Flow) (If Equipped)
Unintended operation of the Auxiliary Control pedal can cause injury or death. A RAISED hydraulic lock lever does not mean that the auxiliary line is locked out.To Prevent unintended activation of the Auxiliary Control pedal while traveling or whenever the auxiliary line is not being used, make sure the foot is not
