1. Remove the V-belts.2. Remove the bolts, and remove fan guards (1). The weight of the fan guards is approximately 18 kg (40 lb).3. Fasten a hoist to the fan. Remove bolts (2). Remove fan (3) from the adapter. The weight of the fan is approximately 41 kg (90 lb). 4. Remove six bolts (4) from adapter (5). Remove the adapter from the fan pulley hub.Install Fan & Adapter
1. Clean the bore of adapter (5). Make sure the adapter is free of all dirt and foreign material. Use six bolts (4) to install adapter (5) to the fan pulley hub. 2. Fasten a hoist to the fan. Place fan (3) in position on adapter (5) and install bolts (2).3. Install the V-belts.4. Using bolts, install fan guards (1) around the rear of the fan.End By:a. install radiator
