Attach a suitable lifting device to piston motor (5) . The weight of piston motor (5) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Use the suitable lifting device in order to install piston motor (5) .

To avoid system damage, make sure that the hydraulic motor is properly filled with hydraulic oil before start-up.
Fill the piston motor with hydraulic oil. Connect hose assemblies (4) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to grill assembly (3) . The weight of grill assembly (3) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb). Install grill assembly (3) .

Thoroughly clean the bore of adapter (2) and the taper of the shaft prior to assembly. Degrease the bore of adapter (2) and the taper of the shaft prior to assembly. Install adapter (2) onto the shaft.
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of the shaft. Install locknut (1) . Tighten locknut (1) to a torque of 340 40 N m (251 30 lb ft).End By: Install the fan blade.
