1 1 193-2200 Lip Type Seal Lubricate the sealing lip lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
Install lip seal flush with face of bearing cage.
2 As required, use the shim pack in order to obtain endplay of 0.05 to 0.15 mm (0.002 to 0.006 inch) in bearing:
1 358-5287 Shim Pack Shim pack contains 13 shims.
Total thickness is 2.11 mm (0.083 inch).

5 1 2H-6184 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

7 1 5F-3144 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
8 1 6V-1720 Serial Number Plate Apply Loctite 330.
9 1 9X-4609 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
10 1 138-1509 Ecology Drain Gp Apply Loctite 536 or Loctite 592 to threads.
Torque to 100 10 N m (74 7 lb ft).
11 1 5P-9806 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
