Information:

1. Remove cover (1) from the defroster fan and the windshield wiper motor. 2. Remove the two bolts under the cab that hold gauge and indicator panel (3) to the cab floor. Push the gauge and indicator panel back and fasten it with the seat belt.3. Disconnect wiring harness (2) from the fan and wiper motors. Disconnect one wire in back of the seat for the cab light.4. Disconnect the windshield washer tube from the washer bottle. 5. Install tooling (A) and fasten a hoist to the cab. There are five bolts and the three nuts securing the cab to the platform.6. Remove three bolts (4) from the left side of the cab. Remove the two bolts located on the right front inside corner of the cab behind the defroster fan and windshield wiper motor. Remove the three nuts located on the floor of the right rear corner of the cab.
Prior to the removal of the cab from the operators platform, be sure all wires, hoses, etc. have been disconnected.
7. Lift the cab straight up until the cab frame is free of the platform locking pin. Remove the cab. Weight of the cab is approximately. 225 kg (500 lb). The following steps are for installation of the cab.8. Put the cab in position over the operators platform. Make sure the hole in the cab frame is in alignment with the platform locking pin. Put the windshield washer tube through the floor and the ties. Lower the cab on to the operators platform.9. Connect the washer tube to the washer bottle. There are five bolts and the three nuts securing the cab to the platform.10. Install three bolts (4) located on the left side of the cab. Install the two bolts located on the right front inside corner of the cab behind the defroster fan and windshield wiper motor. Install the three nuts located on the floor of the right rear corner of the cab.11. Connect wiring harness (2) to the defroster fan and the windshield wiper motors. Connect the one wire located in back of the seat to the cab light.12. Install cover (1).13. Lower the gauge and indicator panel to the floor and install the two bolts that hold the panel.
