1. Do this procedure whenever shaft bearings (13) or (14), shaft (15), body (16) or head group (17) is replaced. Do not install barrel assembly or pistons for this procedure.2. Install bearing cones on shaft (15) and bearing cups in body (16) and head (17). Be sure that cups and cones are firmly seated against their locating shoulders. Bearings may be heated to 120°C (248°F) for assembly.3. Install shaft (15) in the body.4. Inslall head (17) and gasket (18) on the body. Tighten eight head bolts (4) to 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).5.
