Remove mounting bolts (13) .

Remove bolts (14) at the top corners of the hydraulic tank and install Tooling (B). Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting device and support the hydraulic tank, as shown.
Remove mounting bolts (15) from the bottom of the hydraulic tank. Remove the hydraulic tank from the machine. The weight of the hydraulic tank is approximately 84 kg (185 lb).

Use Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to position the hydraulic tank on the machine. The weight of the hydraulic tank is approximately 84 kg (185 lb). Install bolts (15) under the fender. Remove the hoist and remove Tooling (B). Install bolts (14) .

Install hose assemblies (9) and (10) and sensor wire (12). Position the suction hose onto the hydraulic tank and tighten hose clamps (11) .

Position oil filters (7) and (8) onto the hydraulic tank. Install eight nuts (6) .Note: Oil filter (7) (case drain) also has four washers.

Fasten Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to guard (4), if equipped.
Install guard (4) and bolts (5) on the machine. The weight of the guard is approximately 52 kg (115 lb).

Install doors (1) and (2) on hydraulic tank (3) .
Fill the hydraulic tank with oil.Reference: Refer to the Operations and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities" for your machine.
