Remove the hose from the bottom of the existing horn. Remove the three nuts and the washers that retain the existing horn and the bracket. Remove the existing horn and the bracket.

Install the new 9D-4049 Air Horn onto the fabricated bracket through the mounting hole (7), as shown. Install the 2H-9524 Grommet (4) around the horn. Install the 0A-4664 Clip (5) by using one 4M-5281 Bolt, one 4L-6458 Nut, and two 8T-4205 Washers (6), as shown. Attach both of the horns by using this method.
Mount the new fabricated bracket by using the three nuts and washers that held the former bracket. Torque the nuts to 25 7 N m (18 5 lb ft). Attach the hose to the bottom of the horn.
