The standard width coupler is shipped without pins. Refer to Table 1 for spare pins if more pins are required. Each part number includes two spare pins and hardware for each additional work tool that is used with the hydraulic pin grabber quick coupler.Installation of the Spacer Pins and Center Lock Clamping Spacers
Slide the pin out of the way in order to allow one spacer and one locking ring onto the pin.
Slide the pin into the hinge plate.
Slide the spacers against the inside of the hinge plate.
If the bucket is equipped with an adjuster, adjust out the adjuster all of the way in order to allow for clearance of the spacers.
Verify that the clearance is a minimum of 10 mm (0.39 inch) on each side.
