Right Joystick (6) Front switch (Hydraulic modulation)
Disable hydraulic modulation control (3). Press front switch (6) on the right joystick in order to deactivate the soft panel switch for hydraulic modulation. None of the indicator lights will be illuminated when the hydraulic modulation control is disabled.

Control Panel (7) On/Off switch (Air conditioner compressor)
At the control panel, disengage the air conditioner compressor by pushing down on On/Off switch (7). The indicator light will not be illuminated when the air conditioner compressor is disengaged.

Connect the Electronic Technician (ET) to service tool connector (8) of the machine.Test
Start Electronic Technician.
Select the "Machine ECM" from the list of available controls.

From the top menu, select "Service". From the pull-down menu, select "Calibrations". Then select "Hydraulic Travel Motor Speed".

After "Hydraulic Travel Motor Speed" is selected, this warning will appear on the ET screen. All of the conditions in this warning MUST be met in order to proceed with the calibration. Failure to comply with these conditions could result in serious injury or death. All of the following conditions must be met in order to proceed with the calibration.This calibration will cause all of the driving wheels on the machine to rotate.This calibration may be aborted at any time by releasing the travel pedal on the machine or by selecting the "Cancel" button on the ET screen.
When each of these steps have been met and the implications of performing this calibration are understood, select the "Accept" button.Increasing Transmission Speed (Calibrating)

This calibration screen will appear. All of the conditions that are listed in this calibration screen MUST be met in order to start the calibration. When all of the conditions are met, press the "Next" button. If all of the conditions are not met, an error message will be displayed on the screen with the reason that the calibration has failed.

The calibration will begin if the conditions were met in the preceding step. Follow the instructions on the highlighted line. The transmission speed will increase to a level, and the increase will stop. The calibration will move to the next step.Decreasing Transmission Speed (Calibrating)

Follow the instructions on the highlighted line. The transmission speed will decrease to a level, and the decrease will stop. The following message will be displayed.

If the message displays "CALIBRATION SUCCESSFUL", the calibration is complete. Press the "Finish " button. If the message displays "CALIBRATION UNSUCCESSFUL", the calibration must be performed again. Press the "Restart" button and perform this procedure again.Travel Pedal Sensitivity Adjustment

The "Trav Ped Agr Off" parameter can be adjusted between minus 50 and plus 50. The minimum is minus 50. This setting will result in very smooth travel start behavior. The recommended setting is between zero and minus 30 for very controllable travel. This includes lifting and transporting large objects by using chains or ropes.
