Installation Procedure
Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
Lubricate all of the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Clean the oil cooler core assembly with a suitable rod.

Use two people in order to position oil cooler core assembly (1) and the O-ring seals to the engine. Lubricate the bore and the O-ring seal lightly with glycerin.
Connect hose assembly (10) to oil cooler core assembly (1).
Install bolts (11) that hold oil cooler core assembly (1) to the engine.

Position the bonnet, gaskets (6) (not shown), gasket (8) (not shown), and O-ring seal (9) (not shown) to the oil cooler cores and to the engine.
Install the bracket and bolts (7) that hold the bonnet to the engine.
Install bolts (5) that hold the bonnet to the oil cooler core assemblies.
Install bolts (4) that hold the bracket assembly to the bonnet.

Connect hose assembly (3) to oil cooler core assembly (1).
Install bolts (2) that hold oil cooler core assembly (1) to the engine.
Refill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Refill the engine oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil and Filter - Change".
Refill the torque converter sump. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Torque Converter Sump Oil - Change".
Refill the hydraulic tank (hoist and brake). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hoist and Brake Tank Oil - Change" .
