Removal Procedure
Start By:
Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the work tools have been lowered to the ground, and the oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.

Remove bolts (1) and remove panel (2).

Disconnect hose assembly (3) and disconnect hose assembly (8). Remove bolts (5) and remove bolts (7). Disconnect hose assembly (4) and disconnect hose assembly (6).

Remove bolts (9) and remove travel motor (10).

Remove O-ring seal (11) and remove O-ring seal (12).Installation Procedure
Install travel motor (10) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten hose assembly (3) to a torque of 76 4 N m (56 3 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 130 10 N m (95 7 lb ft).
