Install plate (5) and spacers (4), using bolts (6), washers (7), and spacers (8). Refer to Illustration 3.

Install bracket assembly (9) using bolts (10) .
Install the new 232-6560 Adapter using new 1B-7538 Bolts and 5P-8247 Hard Washers .
Reinstall the existing damper and the new 345-8401 Pulley using new 4K-5175 Bolts and new 3H-7654 Hard Washers .

Install bracket assembly (13) onto bracket (9) using bolts and washers (14) .
Install idler pulley (12) and tensioner (11) in the positions shown in Illustration 5.

Install alternator (16) using bolts (17) and washers (18). Also, install the new 190-3635 Pulley onto the alternator.
Reconnect all wiring to the alternator.

Install the new 355-7402 Ground Cable As onto the stud on the front of the fuel transfer pump as show in Illustration 7.
Install belt (15) as shown in Illustration 6.
Reattach the new engine support to the machine frame by reinstalling the two bolts that secure the support.

Remove air compressor coolant hose and install hose assembly (20) with elbow (19) at the compressor. Connect the hose assembly to the block using adapter (28) .Note: Coolant must be drained.
Reinstall the compressor coolant hose.
Install machine guard 379-9317 Guard As using appropriate hardware.
Replace the inside bolts on the rear of the air compressor with studs (21) one at a time
Reorient air compressor oil supply line (29) as shown in Illustration 8.
Attach bracket (22) loosely to block with three studs (23). In the upper right position, use a 132-5789 Clip with bolt (27)
Attach the bracket to the compressor over studs inserted in Step 16 with washers (24) and nuts (26). With the bracket loose on the block, snug up the nuts.
Torque the nuts and bolts attaching the bracket to the block to the correct torque.
Install new 5P-1075 Hard Washers over studs (23) installed in Step 18.
Reinstall fuel filter bracket on top of the 5P-1075 Hard Washers , reusing the existing 8T-4896 Hard Washers and 6V-8801 Nuts to secure the filter base.
Refill the engine coolant.
