Note: Plug and cap all open ports and tube assemblies.

Remove bolts (2), tube assembly (1), and the gaskets.

Remove banjo bolt (4), bolt (3), and tube assembly (5).
Remove O-ring seals (6) and (7) from tube assembly (5).

Remove nuts (8) and turbocharger (9) from the exhaust manifold.Note: Ensure that the weight of the turbocharger is supported as the nuts are removed.

If necessary, remove studs (10) from the exhaust manifold.
