Remove slug (40) from the relief valve.

Remove two bolts (41) and the washers. Remove adjustment cover (42).

Remove O-ring seal (43) from the adjustment cover.

Remove four bolts (44) and the washers. Remove cover (45) from the relief valve.

Record the length of bolt (46) for installation purposes. Remove bolt (46) from the cover.

Remove O-ring seal (47) from the relief valve.

Remove stop (49) and spring (48) from the relief valve.

Remove spool (50) from the relief valve.
Possible injury can result when removing the retaining ring and spring.Spring force will be released when the retaining ring is removed.Be prepared to hold the cylinder assembly as the retaining ring is removed.

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining ring (51) from the spool.
