Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".

Position Tooling (A) under crankcase guard (1) .
Remove bolts (2) that hold the crankcase guard to the frame.
Use Tooling in order to remove crankcase guard (1). The weight of the crankcase guard is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).Installation Procedure
