Raise coolant tank (11) in order to access hose clamp (15) .
Loosen hose clamp (15). Disconnect hose (16) from coolant tank (11) .
Repeat Step 13 for the remaining side of coolant tank (11) .
Remove coolant tank (11) from the bracket assemblies. The weight of coolant tank (11) is 132 kg (290 lb).Installation Procedure

Replace the components, if necessary. Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Attach Tooling (B) to each end of coolant tank (11). Position a suitable lifting device to Tooling (B). Secure the suitable lifting device to a hoist.
Position coolant tank (11) 50 mm (2 inch) above the bracket assemblies. The weight of coolant tank (11) is 132 kg (290 lb).
Connect hose (16) to coolant tank (11). Tighten hose clamp (15) .
Repeat Step 3 for the remaining side of coolant tank (11) .
Lower coolant tank (11) onto the bracket assembly. Install five bolts (14) and the washers that secure coolant tank (11) to the bracket assemblies.
Repeat Step 5 for the remaining side of the coolant tank (11) .

Connect hose (13) and hose assembly (12) to coolant tank (11) .

Connect hose assembly (10), hose (9), and hose assembly (8) to coolant tank (11) .

Position cover assembly (7) to the radiator guard. Install four bolts (6) and the washers that secure cover assembly (7) to the radiator guard.
Repeat Step 9 for the remaining cover assembly.

Attach Tooling (A) to two cover assemblies (5). Position a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A). Secure the suitable lifting device to a hoist.
Position two cover assemblies (5) and the plate assembly to the radiator guard. The weight of two cover assemblies (5) and the plate assembly is 61 kg (135 lb).

Install four bolts (3) and the washers that secure plate assembly (4) to the top of the radiator guard.

The view is on the back of the engine end frame under the front of the engine.

The view is on the right side of the engine end frame under the left side of the engine.
Tighten drain plug (1) in order to fill the radiator. Tighten drain plug (2) in order to fill the cooling system. Fill the cooling system.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Coolant Recommendations" for the appropriate coolant.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the appropriate procedure to fill the cooling system.End By:
Connect the frame lock link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Frame Lock Link - Separate and Connect".
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
