1. Put the bucket of the machine flat on the ground. Connect the steering frame lock link. Refer to the topic "Separate & Connect Steering Frame Lock Link" in this module. 2. Remove two bolts (1) and the washers and remove plate (2). 3. Place Tool (A) under link assembly (3). Remove pin assembly (4). The weight of the pin assembly is 59 kg (130 lb). Lower Tool (A) and link assembly (3). 4. Secure a lifting sling to the link assembly as shown. Secure the lifting sling to a suitable hoist. Remove two bolts (5) and the washers and remove plate (6). 5. Remove pin assembly (7). The weight of the pin assembly is 59 kg (130 lb).6. Remove link assembly (3). The weight of the link assembly is 345 kg (760 lb). 7. Use Tool (B), if necessary, to remove bearing sleeve (8) from each end of link assembly. Install bucket link in the reverse order. When installing bearing sleeve (8) a required depth for installation is 10.0 0.5 mm (.39 .02 in).
