Disconnect two hose assemblies (1) .

Disconnect hose assembly (2) from tube assembly (3).

Disconnect two hose assemblies (4) from main control valve (5) .

Disconnect two hose assemblies (6). Disconnect tube assembly (7). Disconnect two grease lines (8) .

Disconnect two hose assemblies (9). Remove clamp (10). Remove clip (11) and disconnect wiring harness (12) .

Disconnect ten tube assemblies (13). Disconnect one hose assembly (14). Remove bracket (15).

Disconnect hose assembly (17) .Note: The hose is disconnected for clearance.

Remove wiring harness (18) from cushion-hitch (16) .

Disconnect hose assembly (17). Remove two tube assemblies (18) .

Remove wire (24). Remove three bolts and retainer (25). Repeat for the opposite side of pin (26). Remove pin (26) .

Install a chain around link (27) and hitch (16). The chain must prevent any drift in the load cylinder.

Install a suitable lifting device to cushion-hitch (16). Install Tool (B) to the cushion-hitch. The cushion-hitch weighs approximately 2810 kg (6200 lb).

Remove cotter pin (21) and pin (22) .

Use Tool (A) in order to remove the nut. Remove four bolts (23). Remove pin (28). Remove the cushion-hitch.
