Install new bracket (1) on track roller frame using four bolts (2) and four hard washers (3). Torque for the bolts (2) is 800 100 N m (590 74 lb ft).
Install track carrier roller (4) (For standard applications) or track carrier roller (5) (For waste handling applications) by using two bolts (6), four washers (7), and two nuts (8).
Align roller center line with the center of sprocket and idler. Tighten the bolts (6) to 460 60 N m (339 44 lb ft).
