A 8T-0914 Flywheel Guide Pin 2 Start By:
Remove the vibration dampers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibration Damper - Remove".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove bolts (1) that hold the crankshaft seal and the adapter in place.
Install three 3/8 inch forcing screws in adapter (4). Tighten the forcing screws evenly. Remove the crankshaft seal and the adapter from the front housing.
Install Tooling (A) through the two holes in adapter (2).
Remove bolts (3) that hold adapter (2) in place.
Slide adapter (2) onto Tooling (A). Fasten a suitable lifting device to adapter (2). Remove the adapter from Tooling (A). The weight of the adapter is 67 kg (148 lb).
