4. Remove C-Ring retaining clip from height adjustment shaft, each side. Remove springs.5. Remove two plastic bushings. 6. Remove C-ring, washer, roller, washer, C-ring and washer from suspension arm assembly. Repeat for other side. 7. Secure height adjustment spring with 9U6613 Spring Compressor. Remove spring, rod assembly and guide bushing. 8. Remove spacers from shaft, both sides. Remove shaft. 9. Remove suspension arm assembly. Remove C-Ring and drive the pin out. Remove roller. Remove C-Ring and drive the pin out. Remove roller and two spacers. 10. Remove height adjustment spring. Remove height adjustment arm assembly with roller and spacers. 11. Remove pin from weight adjustment spring bracket. Cut plastic ties from plate.Remove weight adjustment indicator ribbon. 12. Remove height adjustment lever key. Remove height adjustment lever and handle assembly.Air Suspension
Air spring is under heavy pressure. Remove air from air spring prior to any disassembly. Failure to do so could result in serious injury.
1. Perform the following steps to remove air from the air spring: a. Apply 24 volt power to the two-pin connector. Pin #1 is HOT (+).b. Place toggle in down position.c. Allow air spring to deflate WITHOUT having any weight on the seat suspension.d. Remove power when you are certain that no more air is being released. Approximately 60 seconds. 2. Remove three bolts and washers and one nut and washer. Remove fore and aft slide bracket. Remove boot.
Many of the components can be serviced by removing only the lower housing assembly.
3. Remove bolt, spacer and nut from the top. (Both sides). Remove bolt and nut from the bottom. (Both sides). Remove rear pivot shaft assembly from the top and bottom. Remove tethers from the bottom. 4. Remove one rubber bumper. Remove upper housing by twisting it off the rollers. Remove two rollers. Remove magnet carrier and magnet. 5. Remove bolt from air spring. 6. Remove scissors assembly from the lower housing. Remove bushing. Remove two rollers. 7. Remove pin, nut, and shock absorber with two plastic bearings. Remove bolts to remove the left and right angles. 8. Remove tie wraps and disconnect two connectors and remove the Electronic Control Module (ECM). Remove bolt to remove air spring. Use a small wrench to press the quick disconnect towards the fitting while pulling the tube out of fitting. Remove tie wraps to remove compressor assembly.Assembly

1. Ensure that the supply voltage is 23-30 VDC.2. Remove the boot and replace any missing bumpers. There are two bumpers located in the upper housing roller channels and two on the top surface of the inner scissors arm.3. Ensure, by stroking the suspension by hand, that full suspension travel is not impeded by any obstructions. 4. Place the suspension on a flat hard dry surface and lock the mechanism with a 64 x 64 x 25 mm (2.5 x 2.5 x 1 in) block between the lower roller shaft and front lip of the lower housing.Disconnect the Electronic Control Module (ECM) wire harness
