Remove three head bolts (18) and the washers.

Do not damage the machined surface of the barrel assembly. Damage to the machined surface of the barrel assembly will cause pump failure.
Remove the barrel assembly, the shaft, and the camshaft from body (12) .
If necessary, remove two dowels (19) .

Tap seal retainer (20) lightly with a hammer from the inside of body (12). Remove seal retainer (20) from body (12) .

Use a hammer and a drift to remove two lip seals (21) and the O-ring seals.
Remove two O-ring seals (22) from seal retainer (20) .

Remove shaft (23) .

Position shaft (23) in a suitable press in order to remove roller bearing cone (24). Remove roller bearing cone (24) .

Remove eight locking bolts (27) and the hard washers in order to remove two plate bearings (28) and the shims from camshaft (25). Remove two plate bearings (28) .
If necessary, remove dowel (26) .

Remove wear plate (30) and the dowel from camshaft (25) .

Remove nine piston assemblies (31) from barrel assembly (29). Remove retraction plate (32) .

Use a suitable press and Tool (D) in order to hold spring (34) in compression.
Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Use Tool (D) in order to remove retaining ring (35) .
Slowly release the compression on spring (34) .
Remove the following items from barrel (29) : spring (34), two spring spacers (33) and retaining ring (35) .

Use Tooling (E) to remove roller bearing cup (36) from body (12) .
