Introduction
There have been instances of issues with the limit of restriction with the inlet pressure when the dust bowl precleaner is used. An improved design of the air cleaner group will eliminate the restriction.Required Parts

Remove cap (1) .
Loosen clamp (2) .
Loosen bolts (4) .

Loosen clamp (9). Remove hose (8) and hose assembly (10) with tube (7) .
Remove hose (8) from tube (7) so the hose can be reused.Installation Procedure

Install washers to bolts (3). Install bolts (3) to bracket (4). Install bracket (4). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 55 N m (41 lb ft).
Install air cleaner with hose (2). Install clamps to hose (2). Reuse the washers. Install the washers to the new bolts. Install the new bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 28 N m (21 lb ft).
Install dust bowl (1). Tighten the dust bowl (1) to a torque of 11 N m (97 lb in).
Install the correct film onto the face of the bracket (4) .
Install filter indicator (5) to bracket (4) .

Install original hose (7) .
Install tube (6) .

Install hose (9). Install new clamp (8) to hose (9) .
Ensure that the tube and hoses are in the correct orientation so that there is sufficient space to the muffler and the valve cover.
Tighten the clamp on the inlet side of the air filter housing to a torque of 3 N m (27 lb in). Tighten all other clamps to a torque of 11 N m (97 lb in).
