The oil is then cooled in the hydraulic oil cooler. The oil exits the hydraulic oil cooler and returns to the hydraulic tank through return line (6). This maintains the proper oil temperature.The portion of the hydraulic oil that does not flow through the hydraulic oil cooler flows back to the hydraulic tank through return line (5). This oil is not cooled by the hydraulic oil cooler.
