At PCR, check the hub teeth for wear and damage. Document (including clear photos) of worn hub teeth.
Also check the SOS results and/or metal debris is noted on the magnetic plug and in the final drive group. Document (including clear photos) the final drive magnetic plug and inside final drive, it must include visible iron particles.
If the hub is determined to have failed and generating metal, replace with same part. Improved heat treated hubs are available.

- Documentation (including clear photos) of worn hub teeth
- Documentation (including clear photos) of the final drive magnetic plug and inside the final drive, it must include visible iron particles
- Provide SOS history for prior 6 months leading up the replacement of the hubs. SOS to show elevated signs of Fe (Action required point 125 ppm) and that oil cleanliness is within acceptable limits
- Provide Payload Data Reports
- Dealer to clearly identify if it the Left Hand or Right Hand Final Drive hub that failed.
