Installation Procedure

Apply a continuous bead of 154-8874 Adhesive Kit (10) to pump drive housing (9) .

Connect tube (7) to transmission oil pump (1). Install two bolts (6) and the washers.
Install two bolts (5) and the washers.
Install transmission oil pump (1) to the housing.
Install two socket head bolts (8). Tighten the socket head bolts to a torque of 55 10 N m (40 7 lb ft).

Connect tube (3) to transmission oil pump (1). Install two bolts (4). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 55 10 N m (40 7 lb ft).
Connect hose (2) to transmission oil pump (1) .
Start the engine and check the transmission for leaks.End By: Install the cab floorplate. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Floorplate - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
