3. Put identification on wires (2) and remove all wires from starting motor (1).4. Remove cable from battery to starting motor. Remove bolts (3) from starting motor. Fasten a hoist to starting motor and remove it. Weight is 70 lb. (32 kg).Install Starting Motor
1. Put starting motor (1) in position on the engine. Install the bolts that fasten it to the engine.2. Install throttle linkage on governor.3. Connect all wires to the starting motor. Connect cable from battery to starting motor. Install battery terminals to battery on right side of engine.4. Start engine to be sure starting motor is correctly installed.
