A hydraulically actuated Automatic Lubrication SystemThis manual refers to the electrically actuated Automatic Lubrication System.ReferenceFor information on the hydraulically actuated Automatic Lubrication System, refer to the Service Manual module for the machine that is being serviced.The electrically actuated Automatic Lubrication System consists of a 24 VDC electric pump with an integrated timer. The automatic lubrication system operates only when the machine is turned on. The timer turns the automatic lubrication system on and off at periodic intervals. These intervals are referred to as lubrication cycles. Metering units distribute the lubricant to the bearings through the primary lubrication line and the secondary lubrication lines. The metering units are available in different sizes. Each size delivers a different amount of grease per cycle.
