PROBLEM
The existing bellows can leak on certain 3512C Locomotive Engines. If the existing bellows fails it can/will result in an exhaust leak.

ACTION REQUIRED
Remove the failed bellow and install the new bellows.
Tighten the nuts on the clamps to a torque of 14 +/- 1 N.m (124 +/- 9 lb in). Lightly tap around the diameter of the clamps with a soft hammer. Tighten the nuts again to a torque of 14 +/- 1 N.m (124 +/- 9 lb in).
