Location of blade control lever
The blade system is controlled by a lever that is located next to the right joystick. The blade control lever has three positions:
Blade lower
Blade hold
Blade raiseOne blade cylinder is used to raise and lower the blade. When the blade cylinder EXTENDS, the blade LOWERS. When the blade cylinder RETRACTS, the blade RAISES.The main hydraulic pump supplies high-pressure oil to the main control valve. The bucket control valve is located inside of the main control valve. The blade control lever is mechanically linked to the blade control valve in the main control valve. The blade control valve controls the amount of flow into the blade cylinder and is proportional to the movement of the blade control lever. The main hydraulic pump controls the pressure of the blade system. The hose burst valve is located in-line between the main control valve and the head end of the blade cylinder.Components of the blade hydraulic system include:
