Adjustable bunks may fall causing personal injury. Use caution when adjusting the adjustable bunks. Do not adjust the bunks beyond the farthest position.
Note: When you are roading the machine, turn off the steering activation switch.Check with the proper officials in order to obtain any required licenses and other similar items.Before you road a machine, consult your tire dealer for recommended tire pressures and for speed limitations of the tires that are being used. Limitations for TON-kilometers per hour (TON-miles per hour) must be obeyed.Inflate the tires to the correct air pressure.Perform a daily inspection and measure the fluid levels in the various compartments.Travel at a moderate speed. Observe all speed limits when you road the machine.When you travel for long distances, schedule stops in order to allow the tires and the components to cool. Stop for 30 minutes after every 40 km (25 miles) or after every hour.Note: Travel without a load over long distances.

Stored Position on the Stand Without a Load Place the boom in the stored position when you are roading the machine without a load.

Stored Position in the Bed Without a Load If the machine is not equipped with a stand, rest the grapple and the end of the stick onto the bed of the frame. The proper position is shown in Illustration 2.

Note: Proper storing of the grapple is necessary in order to prevent the damper from binding against the loader in the stored position.The damper must not rest against the stop when the grapple is stored. Leave a gap between damper (1) and stop (2). The gap is shown in Illustration 3.If the grapple is not properly stored during movement of the machine, damage may occur to the linkage and bushings.
