Location of the new upper belt drive cover, new top cover, and new access door and hinge.A hinged access door is installed in the outer portion of the new upper cover, and a new top cover is bolted to the new upper cover for access to the belts.
Adaptable To: A 094004013000 Cover Kit is available for installation on earlier PR-750B Pavement Profilers. An installation drawing is included in the kit. To install the kit: 1. If the service platform for the cutter drive is installed, remove the platform and put it in the storage location.2. Remove the service ladder and the upper belt cover with the top cover installed.3. Assemble the new top cover to the new upper cover, and install the new hinge and new door. See illustration.4. Position the assembly on the drive as shown and tack weld into place.5. After checking that the new door closes and opens easily, weld the assembly in place.6. Reinstall service ladder.
