ACTION REQUIRED
Replace the failed NRS cooler with the new NRS cooler design following instructions outlined in SMAG M0083689. For additional system checks that may be required, reference Special Instruction M0069778 "System Check after an NRS Cooler Failure for C9.3 through C18 Tier 4 Engines". Refer to Special Instruction M0070968 for proper coolant drain and fill procedure. Pressure test the coolant system to verify no leaks are present using the "Testing the Radiator and Cooling System for Leaks" procedure in UENR3351 prior to starting machine once reworks are completed.
