B     5P-3931     Anti-Seize Compound     1    Note: Inspect the turbocharger for any worn parts or damaged parts. Replace any worn parts or damaged parts.

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to turbocharger (11), as shown.

Use Tooling (A) (not shown) to install turbocharger (11). Refer to Illustration 1. The weight of the turbocharger is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (12) and nuts that hold turbocharger (11) in position. Install bolts (12) and nuts.

Install two bolts and tube assembly (10) .
Connect tube assemblies (9) to both sides of the turbocharger.
Install two bolts and tube assembly (8) .
Connect tube (7) and tighten clamps (6) .
Connect tube (5) and tighten clamps (4) .

Position the muffler toward the front of the machine and install bolts (2) .
Install elbow (3) .
Tighten clamps (1) to the muffler.
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolnat (ELC) - Change" for the correct procedure.
