Disconnect harness assembly (11) and remove jam nut (12).

Install cover (5) and bolts (6).

Disconnect hose assembly (13) from tank (15).
Remove bolts (14) and use two people to remove tank (15). The weight of tank (15) is approximately 39 kg (88 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device to generator (4), as shown. Remove bolts (16) and lower generator (4) out of the machine. The weight of generator (4) is approximately 163 kg (359 lb). Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to generator (4). Raise generator (4) into the machine and install bolts (16). The weight of generator (4) is approximately 163 kg (359 lb).

Use two people and install tank (15) and bolts (14). The weight of tank (15) is approximately 39 kg (88 lb).

Remove bolts (6) and cover (5).

Install jam nut (12) and connect harness assembly (11).

Connect harness assemblies (10) and harness assembly (9) to generator (4).

Install cover (8) and bolts (7).

Install cover (5) and bolts (6).

Install belt (3) to generator (4) and the engine. Tighten the tension bolts on generator (4). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.

Use two people and install door (1) and bolts (2). The weight of the door is approximately 44 kg (98 lb).
Turn the disconnect switch to the ON position. End By:
Install the piston motor (hydraulic generator). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Motor (Hydraulic Generator) - Install".
Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".
