Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the control valve (hopper hoist and tow point). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Valve (Hopper Hoist and Tow Point) - Remove". Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, clean all parts thoroughly in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Remove nut (1) and coil (2) from cartridge (3).
Remove cartridge (3) from control valve (29).
Remove backup ring (10), O-ring seal (9), backup ring (8), backup ring (7), O-ring seal (6), backup ring (5), and O-ring seal (4) from cartridge (3).
Repeat Step 1 through Step 3 in order to disassemble cartridge (31).
Remove cartridge (11) from control valve (29).
Remove O-ring seal (17), backup ring (16), backup ring (15), O-ring seal (14), backup ring (13), and O-ring seal (12) from cartridge (11).
Repeat Step 5 and Step 6 in order to disassemble cartridge (32).
Remove cartridge (18) from control valve (29).
Remove backup ring (24), O-ring seal (23), backup ring (22), O-ring seal (21), backup ring (20), and O-ring seal (19) from cartridge (18).
Remove cartridge (25) from control valve (29).
Remove backup ring (28), O-ring seal (27), and O-ring seal (26) from cartridge (25).
Repeat Step 10 and Step 11 in order to disassemble cartridge (30).
